It worked not only as a commercial structure, but also participated in numerous business development projects for funding national and international structures. In 2002-2003, this experience has been recognized as one of the most powerful business in Donetsk region, and Ms. Zakrevska was invited to work as HR-director in the enterprise with foreign investment \"Victoria\". This enterprise - hotel complex, built on technology \"Urban Resort\", had no analogues in Ukraine and Mrs. Svetlana, was involved in the construction stage and the opening.Trey were big challenges to develop enterprise structure, training programs for staff, adapt them to the needs of modern industry , develop of compensation, bonus and incentive packages and programs, etc.)..
